I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had installed Water Purifier ( model AQUA NOVEVA), on dated 4/5/2013 I had a complete servicing through your frenchise person Smt. Madhu Shrivatava w/o MR.Alok Shrivastava Raptinagar Phase-4 ,Gorakhpur . Contacy No [protected] with AMC. Right now the system is not in working condition . I have ring-up number of times to above frenchisie for servicing but response is very poor.
Therefore you are requested to please look in to the matter and sort out this matter earliest.
