Dear sir,

We are really sorry to start this mail with your tag line “your friend for life”. Your company & customer executives failed to live up to the expectations set by us based on your company’s outside image & tag line.

Please read through the below email of our experience with your company & product service.

Product purchasing date : 18/07/2011
Invoice cum receipt No. : 18928604
Amount paid for extended guarantee : Rs.1250/-
Guarantee period : 18/07/2011 to 17/07/2012
Authorized service centre : JP Service, Banglore, Ph 26765033

We have already complained about our purifier issue on 21/10/2011 and complaint number is: 64144879 .We have got a confirmation from Umesh (customer executive) that they will send a engineer soon. After the consecutive reminder calls on 27th & 28th, an engineer was sent to us on 29th of October for servicing the product. But he went back after verifying the issue with the product by removing everything. After the same we have been reminding them everyday till today & there is absolutely zero response from your organization..!

If we are not receiving any response from you in the next 48 hours, we will be compelled to register a complaint under Consumer Protection Act for not serving the guarantee & keeping a completely wrong Tag line.

Hope you will consider this request well in time & take appropriate actions..!

Dear Mr Marzin,

This has reference to the Aquaguard owned by me under AMC for the last one year.

I am disheartened to inform you that your team is not ready to support the repair.

I had bought this product from Mr Rajiv- [protected], when I called him after calling the call center 10 times (each time being informed that no complaint is pending) he tells me ‘main apki madad nahi karoonga kyunki apne AMC mujhse nahi li hai’

I am amazed at the responses that I have gotten from the ‘Eureka Forbes team’. I have been buying water now for 4 days and I request you to take action against your team and get my product repaired on priority.


The product has PCB failure.
