I want my money back .................can you please help me.My details are as follows :

Name : Mercy Masih,

I invested an amount of Rs. 5575 in the company 'EVE MIRACLE PVT LTD'. I invested in april 2009. The company promised me to give 12 cheques in the next two years of date i invested (april 2012), whose amount would sum up b/w Rs.[protected]. But till date i have recieved only 4 cheques whose value sum up to not more than Rs 500. And the amount of investors below me is less than 500. I awaited for the cheques for long but their was no response. Now the company website ( www.evemiracle.com ) is also expired on 9 march, 2012. The company sms service is also dumped. All of my clients are questioning me for the money.
Sir/Madam please give me information about the company's current status. Is it a fraud or ran away.

sr.kaushal's response dear sir it is brought to your kind notice that more n more insistance of mr chaudhary indore n mr tiwari pachore biaora mp i had invested rs-30000/-in 2010with a assuranceof getting an amount rs/-262000/- within the stipulted period of two year without any effort but i received a cheque amounting rs 2000/- only instead of rs 262000/- further in the same connection i have been understand that the stf team from bhopal mp reached jaipur at the resident of eve miracle director mr shivraj sharma n declared eve miracle co fraud n mr sharma the director have taken under custody in july august 2o13 after that we dont know about mr shivraj sharma n what is the status of our fund whis to be imbursed as soon as possible all the investors of entire mp awaiting curiously kindly let me know the actual status of investors whether the rajsthan udiciary will be taken appropriate n strong action against the director of eve miracle jaipur to release investors payment with usual interest gradually meanwhile thanking you in anticipation

site of eve miracle is not opening. While opening its showing the message that it can harm your computer

the coy was fraud. the owner is in jail. my money is also stuck up. site closed after their arrest. we have to wait for the court judgement.
