I have sent SMS MSARAL to 53733 as per BSNL procedure provided on Internet for South India customer but I have received 2 massage 1st is invalid key world and second is 12 digit code but without further instruction so migration is not completed.

i am not getting lostcall chrages from my mobile

i am an engineer in BSNL UP West.
as far as conversion procedure in North Zone. You have to go to your nearest CCN and get a migration voucher (free of cost) for migrating from New Anant to Saral Anant.
if you are an old Anant customer then you have to use two migration vouchers. 1st for old to new anant and 2nd for new to saral anant.

BSNL is very bed service the officer are not waching any mail or not giving any answer

I have send the sms 53733, change excel anant to exel saral on 18.09.2009, 19.09.2009 and 20.09.2009 but till date does not change to saral.

I changed my plan from EXCEL-ANANT to EXCEL SARAL ANANT last June.For validity extention, We have to use 200 or above coupans only.There are two coupans are available as follows
1.Top up coupans
2.Recharge coupans

Now BSNL Prepaid mobile services has launched STV (Special Tariff Vouchers), which I believe would surely benefit all the users like never before; but, a black mark like lies in the fact that these plans seem to be applicable for only few existing tariff schemes. Anyways please check.
