Exide Battery — DEALER NOT READY TO GIVE NEW BATTERY

I PURCHASE NEW EXIDE BATTERY ON 8/8/2007 WRANTY NO 4FS/14781 FROM YOUR DELER NAME AS NEW TYRE & BATTERY SERVICE - UMBERGAON -396171 (Ph[protected]. I GAVE MY BATTERY ON 4/08/2009 BECAUSE WITH THAT BETTERY MY CAR NOT GETTING START. BEFOR 15DAYS OF(4/08/2009) I ASK HIM TO CHECK BATTERY FOR SAME TROUBLE. AT THAT TIME HE SAID BATTRY IS OK. BUT AT THAT TIME BATTERY IS GATING LOW WITH EVERY STARTER. SO ON 4/08/2009 HE SUBMIT MY BATTERY AND PROVIDE SERVICE BATTERY IN TWO DAYS. BY WHICH MY CAR IS GETTING START IN ONE CELL. HE SAID THAT WITHEN ONE WEEAK YOUR NEW BATTERY WILL BE GIVEN TO U. BUT NOW HE IS NOT GIVING NEW BATTERY. AND FOR NEW BATTERY HE IS ASKING FOR 70% MONEY ACCORDING TO NEW PRICE LIST. NOW SUGGEST US WHAT TO DO? SHOULD WE GO TO CONSUMER COURT? PLEASE REPLAY FAST.

I have purchased a battrey for maruti 800from New metro motors sco 5 sec 21-c chandigarh in jan 2009. After a month the battrey was dry there was no water so i brougt the dealer he filled the water then again it was working. iasked him how it dried within the month .he said it happens .again after some time same problem and some acid was coming out from sides and from top again i asked him that the battery is leaking and it is spoiling my car also.i tuned my aternator even after that nothing happened. Itwo days ago i saw the whole battery was leaking allwas bad and it was from swollen from sides.my car was dead. iasked him to replce the battery .he said he cant . iam facing lot of problem i am serving lady.i misplaced my gauretee card. tell me what to do kindly change my battry .or inform what to do

I have purchased the exide battery last year and it is under gurrantee period now. The battery is not providing the full backup.

Same goes with me ?? I have been given a wrong battery by the dealer which I came to know after its 2 years warranty have gone. Before whenever I used to contact them they use to tell me that my Car has a problem for which I used to run to my Car Service ppl . Now they are saying that I need to purchase a new battery.
Any solutions for these problems ??? Cant we contact any Higher Management ppl so that we can put these types of complaints against these dealers who are enjoying their life ...
I want to Sue them too, rather want to HANG THEM TILL DEATH .. am so much frustrated ...

Exide Battery — improper backup

I have bought two 2 excide s.f sonic p.b x 1500 batteries dated 24/6/08 from the dealer inverter palace- D-59/83 Sigra -mahmoorganj road,varanasi-221 010.The cash memo no. of the same is 779.The serial no. of the same are 409865 and 421185.The battery is still in the warranty period and warrenty card no. is 013098 and 051626.I am very much disappointed with the performance of the batteries as from the very first day itself it is not giving proper backup.Twice i have complained regarding this from the dealer.In response he just took away the batteries with him and returned it back after 2 days without giving any service battery instead of it.But still after the services it is unable to give a proper backup.it is just giving a backup of nearly an hour,which is not at all sufficient for work,which has now force me to write a complaint against this to you.

Therefore i hope that you would take up my complaint seriously and would help me out in replacing the batteries.

Exide Battery — battery not working properly in the guarantee period

Dear Sir,

This is to remind you again that i have complained regarding your excide batteries.The problem in the battery was that it was unable to give a proper backup after the regular services also.A week is about to get over since i have filed a complained but still i have not got any response from your side.I have also complained regarding this in the company also but still i have not got any reply from there side.
The details of the batteries are mentioned below:-
The battery type is EXCIDE S.F SONIC PBX 1500.
The name of the dealer is INVERTER PALACE-D-59/83 SIGRA-MAHMOORGANJ ROAD,VARANASI-221010.

I have purchased Exide Battery Type 38B-20R (Battery No. 1D8-76201) in Dec'2008. The said battery is of-&-on have got discharged, which resulted recharging at Exide Dealer at Kota on payment basis (Rs. 75/- per charging) every time.

Kindly make a blog on your web page for complaints of Battery/Product which contains Battery Type, Battery No. etc. to locate the user/customer for authenticity of genuine Exide product, Guarantee/Warranty status, whom to contact in case of any problem/complaint.

While visiting to your Web page, your esteemed company is showing different types of parameters, new heights, product range etc. etc. but very regret to say that the Exide such a big name in battery in the world is not at all giving any notice in this matter.

Please accept the truth in good manner, don't take it otherwise, because it is fact that the real truth is very panic but it is giving good result in long term.

i have purchased a tublar battery150AH [batch no. 3N8 S.NO.3080 ] from Vardhman trading company on g.t. road IN MANDIGOBINDGARG.(PUNJAB) cash memo no.155 at[protected].i am having problem with my battery backup.the backup we are getting is very poor.the company from where we have purchased battery is not giving us service and sending us to ludhiana to satguru agency -852 industrial area -A- cheema chowk . dear sir/mam you can understand how difficult it is to carry battery till ludhiana and than also we haven not get the proper service and he has again called to ludhiana. for the service .our baterry is not working even for 1 hour.please do take action to replace the baterry as earlier as it is possible. i will wait for your reply.

i am purchased a 12V, 7AH battery from Rachana powercom in Shimoga (Karnataka) for my computer, after 7 months battery has been unable to give the back up even for 1 minute and i complained to the above agency and they said that battery is dead and need replacement and after 1 month they replaced the battery, even this battery is also unable to back up the computer for 1 minute, i again enqiured tae agency and they said the battery can not be replaced the detila of the battery are with the above agency and i wiil provide the same in a day or two so please look in to the complaint and take necessary action

Exide Battery — misbehaviour of dealer

i have brought one Exide battery from Shodpur dealer(KOLKATA,24 Parganas North) but within 7 days its not giving proper backup. i have complaiionnt about that but the dealer refused to replace it as well as repair it. also he came to my house and misbehaved with my wife claiming the balanced money. as because i was not there i couldnt do anything. so i took the decision to inform you so that u can take needful action.

1. I happened to purchase an Exide ATB battery, mfg code 4C7, serial no 329988 from Visakha Battery Agencies, Visakhapatnam for my Zen car on 30Jul 07, a battery which is presumably under warranty for 36 months, with sticker to this effect pasted all over.
2. It is to my astonishment i discover when i read the fine print, under the terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty booklet, that the battery is to be replaced free of cost within 18months and thereafter for the balance period only a discount of 15 to 20% on purchase of a new battery is assured.
3. This is nothing but daylight robbery and amounts to deficiency of service moreso since the company has intentionally misled the consumer especially since the WARRANTY BOOKLET is never shown to the customer till payment and bill is made.
4. Request take up case with the OEM to ensure justice and also suggest an appropriate forum to fight the case to its logical end
