Last year i am new bike (Hero Honda Passion Bro Self Start) brought it place JAY BHARAT CYCLE & MOPED WORKS Puducherry-4. (3/8/2011) with in five months vehicle moment is good after battery problem battery name EXIDE battery number 5354059 i will give to service center that person told i will charged in battery next time same problem will come i will changed the battery u told. after one week same problem will come i go service center u told ok i will send the battery in chennai after 10 or 15 days will return please ages told ok no problem i told today i will call that person no response simply told after one month i am very shock so please rectify the problem
Vehicle no battery what are issue will come 1. Speedometer not running 2.Horn not use 3. light not use 4.Petrol limitation not show so many problem

I had purchased the 5 LB Exide battery for my Bike but it got discharged frequently. It was even charged several times but the battery couldn't give any backup. It was also taken to the authorized dealer of EXIDE within the warranty period; but they returned it reporting no fault in the battery.

I purchased a bikerz battery, battery model 12EB7B-B Mfg code: 6B26 Sr No. 719954 purchased on 07-04-12 from RITA ELECTRONIUM, Garia

Station Road. But now the battery gives me some trouble, it can not take charge. Then I contact to the shop, they simply remove the

battery and take my cashmemo. Then I request them please advise me how can I take my vehicle to my house or help me to solve the problem.

But I strange to see that they totally ignored me for help and roughly reply me they not responsibility to help me, this is companies

issue. And roughly told me that it your headache not our. If you want to solve problem, then leave your batter in the shop, otherwise you

can go even they can not return my bill.

Now, I realize that it was a great mistake to buy exide battery. So, I request you to take necessary step to solve my problem.

I had purchased a V Guard tubular UPS Battery from Anbu TV centre Arcot Vellore district in the month of May11. The Battery has 36 month Warranty printed on it. After 10 months it started giving trouble. Battery charge is not holding and back up time drastically reduced to less than one hour. Ealier it used to be 5 to 6 hours. The V guard technician isnpected and told 3 cells are damaged and weak. The other factors like charging current etc are normal. He said we can try recharging the battery and asked me to arrange recharging from a nearby battery service centre. But since it is V Guard battery make and also new one, no was willing to recharge even on payment basis. So there is no after sales support for V Guard Battery/UPS.
I approached V Guard company once again in this regard, they simply giving some excuse and asking for Warranty card. With great hope and faith on V Guard Brand I had bought this product. But I think I had mistakenly bought the V Guard Battery. It is of very poor quality and there is no after sales service support from the company.
I have several e-mails to V Guard company no proper response from the company.
Kindly help me in sorting out this concern.

I am u r exide custoerm for the past 7 years. i purchased a inverter battery IN650 PLUS from mathi auto batteries in maduari as a direct customer on 25th july 2011. The serial number of the battery is 343859. The give trouble again and again from the very begining and attend a service in mathi batteries. Once again the battery loss the backup then immediately i handover the battery for mathi batteries. I have lost my guarantee card so that they asked me to send the battery to madura "Exide house" service centre located in Alanganallur main road and hand over my batter and bill copy to them. They provide me the claim receipt note No. MAD/MAD/EX12/38395 and ask me to back after 1 week. But now they reject the battery on account of guarantee card missing. I feel more inconveniece in this regard. So i kindly
request u to go into the matter and do the needful. i would be grateful to u i[censored]

27 year old, some time Facing the few problem of service reported from exide officials at Guna location - Mr Khan cell No.[protected] (Manager) of exide not support in service to our customers
apoxi -99 % customers are disatisfied of the Exide Battery service

sir, i have purchased a home Exide battery in June 2010 now it is not properly working and totally in worst position i contacted to my dealer he asked me to submit the bill and guarantee card i submitted the bill only because the G/card was not provided to me at the time of delivery now he is refusing for making any change kindly help and suggest .

Battery type - 12MF&BB Mfg Code:2D[protected], my battery is registered under Chandrakant service Station . I purchased my bike Pulsar-150 on 12/05/12 with Exide battery. Initially for about 3-4 months the battery worked very good, However in the month of Aug-Sep '12, it didn't work any more. I left my office work & went many times to Bajaj service center & get the battery checked & charged every time & they assured me the battery would work properly, one time they also changed a part of my bike, related to charging of battery. Then they told me to go to Exide battery service center & I did the same . The lady at the service center kept my battery for checking & give me a standby battery for my bike, which worked better than your new battery.

In the month of October, I received my battery back in ok condition, the battery was ok as per your end. Again it has stopped to work in the month of December 2012 & I am very stressed & has again given to Exide service center on 05/02/13. I rode my bike from December to 5 February without proper battery & got frustrated due to the battery for the period.

Now my question is that every time you simply returns me back the same faulted battery & again I would have to get worried about its work, tell me how long would it be continue? I don't want a faulted battery for my bike & I don't have time to go to service center every time. Please change the battery & provide me new & genuine battery. I have spent money & time both in this process, again & again.

Look into this matter . An approbative action is supposed from your side.

On the date of 16.7.12 i had purchased a Royal enfield classic 350 . But in the month of January its battery had stopped working properly .Battery warranty card no is 001564.
I had submitted the battery to exide dealer Uttum auto sec 4 bokaro steel city. Then  i have received the same battery after its repair after ten days.
     But again my problem exists with the same battery.  Now I want to replace it with new one because its creating lots of problem with me . Now i have submitted the battery again to another dealer named Tamkoria battery centre, chas.  Warranty card and purchased bill are attached herewith and also submitted copies.

Sirs,

Please find attached copy of the Bill and Warranty booklet of a Battery purchased from you for my Santro car. The battery is not getting charged now and showing problems often. As you can see, just 13 days are past from the expiry date of the warranty period.

I am working with M/s.Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd as Manager, Kottayam now. My plea here is to kindly look into the matter favourably and provide a replacement for the battery, if it is possible in any way.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
