I have purchased a Hero Passion Pro on 03/08/2012.Purchasing time company guarrented the battery warrenty period is 18 months from purchasing date.In this period my bike Battery have complainted many time, Si I send this battery for Warranty maintence to Exide Industries Ltd, Thiruvonanagar, No-3, Kavanadu P O, Kollam -, Phone:[protected] through your authorised dealer Sanjo Motors, Parassala, Trivandrum, Kerala on 08/08/2013.But in this time I have not yet get that battery(No.6340906).What Can I do
