Not Returning Refund Amount After Cancellation of Ticket

Sir/Madame,

1. I had made a booking for my wife and her brother on 12th of April, 2012 from Mumbai to Coimbatore and the stupid guy from Expedia made a mistake of booking two tickets on the same. I was left with no choice but to cancel the ticket. Later that day, I cancelled the ticket. They also said that since the mistake could be from their side and they would refund me the cancellation amount of Rs.950/-.
I am not bothered about the 950/- am worred about the Rs.10,463/-.
2. Today it is 10th of May, 2012 and these thugs, cheats have so far not refunded my money! They claim that the refund is processed on 15th of April.

Can I count on you for getting back my money. I strongly suggest that a heavy penalty must also be charged from them. I do not want the penalty, you can use if for the services you render

Expedia India is an agent and a fraud company.Avoid if possible, I have booked a hotel in Krabi but due to some
problem I have canceled my booking 4 days in advance and asked for refund but they are playing all sorts of tricks
and herash you till you get fedup.Even sending many mails the mails were returened back.Moreover, other travel company do not charge the debit card in advance but Expedia Ind. they suck your money immidiatrly.
SO BE CAREFULL WITH EXPEDIA india. note not all EXPEDIA IS A FRAUD COMPANY ONLY I BELIVE IT HAPPEN IN Indian agent.
