Not readable Shipping Bill / EP copy / DEPB Copy & other

Dear Sir/Madam,

I does the job in the Import Export Company. I am working in Excise Department in my company. Mundra Port (Mundra Custom) Shipping bill which we find it is not readable. And Shipping Bill's paper is very loose & simple quality. its print is not shine (Not brightness). Please solve our problem.

We want that which we found that the Shipping Bill to be printed dark.
