Express It Courier — Non - delivery of couriers by express it | |
Dear Sir I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn up even a single time.I have never seen such a non professional and non-sincere courier company in my life.They deliver couriers according to their convenience.They are not at all sincere. I didnt get a single miss you intimation nor I got any SMS from them that one document could not be delivered.Some lady called me from this no[protected] and she didnt spoke properly about the delivering branch, awb no.Then I tried to contact this number more than 10 times, she never lifted the phone. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, she put down the receiver as if she was not bothered and all at her whims she does anything and she switched off the phone. Not even a single time they lifted the phone.Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender and causing lot of inconvenience becos of there unprofessional attitude. I regret to say this that non of the courier company is sincere in there work almost now and then i have brought to notice many times about this ones viz Overnite Express - Wrong numbers in SMS, nos get feeded wrongly by non skilled boys. I was assured by Mr Firoz that it will not happen again but still the same SMS having wrong feeded nos gets distributed and list is endless about Professional courier, Express It and many others. I request you to do something to these non professional persons otherwise lot of persons would keep getting affected and waste our time to dig into there . This is the most irresponsible and worthless courier i have ever seen. I was to recieve an urgent number from ICICI bank. The courier went to a wrong address and returned unattended. When I called them to ask them if they know Bangalore well, they misbehaved with me over the phone and disconnected the call. Since then I had tried to call them, but they dont just lift the call. I dont know why banks like ICICI keep these as their vendor. Its nonesense. I am planning to sue these people. This inconvenience has caused me business loss of Rs 15 lacs. I will see these in court.

This is, by far, the worst couruer service on this planet. I don't understand wy banks like ICICI have tie-ups with such notorious courier service companies. I was supposed to have received the courier by Jan 18. When I checked the website with the AWB number I got from ICICI Bank, the status read "Exception: Scheduled For Next Day Delivery/Time Constraint." Nothing happened after that. The customer care never picks up the calls. I am very worried about a Platinum Credit Card that I am supposed to receive especially with a lot of credit card felonies being reported with this combo - ICICI/ExpressIt courier. Please take appropriate action in this regard.
Express-IT is really the worst courier service ... I have given my office address for communication and I work at client location which normally gets changed in 1 - 2 months, the person didn't deliver the courier and said you change your address in the bank to get the courier delivered. Even after telling him that i will personally come and collect the courier in the given address, you just give me a call on my mobile, he says you give me your extension number in the office and since you don't sit in given address i cannot give the courier.
Someone shlould ask them they give the courier to the person or to the extension and address.
Someone should really take some action and this kind of courier serivices should be banned from performing their services.

I got msg from express it that they were having the parcel of bill no...but still When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers. But in almost all SMS from EXPRESSIT, they furnish to contact those 2 numbers.

They are really lazy to deliver the courier. They send sms reg consignment airway bill no. phone no. of express IT courier for contact. I tried several times today. They did not lift the phone. When I tried continuously. They lifted and cut the line. I thought that line became cut by mistake. I tried again. Then I came to know they purposively cut the line. Because they cut the line sevaral times (I can prove this with my phone bill showing duration of call).

ICICI & Express IT Courier both are really very lzay. Last month ICICI locked my internet account, even though i was entering correct password. Then i submitted a request for new password & they said that they will deliver it in 7 days. When i traced my request, it shows that they have dispatched my password through Express IT Courier. Now its more than a month & still i haven't received my password.

Hats off to ExpressIt. ExpressIt courier is not only cheap in their rates but also in their services. I cannot imagine how they are running their company. I have not came across such a goose ever. Even government postal department is far better than this courier. It's a all time torcher to the receiver if a courier comes through ExpressIt. I don't know why they wasting money to hold a customer service Contact no. never picked up by anyone. Till now i have problem with this courier, i am receiving bank material, eshopping products,et...

I have not received the packet No.E[protected] booked on 31.01.08 through ExpressIT Courier from Mumbai to Kakinada. Though in the track the order it is informed that it is delivered on 06.02.08. I would like to request t kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Even I had the same experience, I got a message mentioning Airway Bill Number [protected]. and asked to call me on[protected].
I tried calling them so many times either they didn’t pick the phone and when they picked they didn’t speak and cut the phone.
This is ridiculous and we should be compensated for our loss.

This ExpessIt is a fraud or what? I have ordered one item on rediff shopping on 31st Jan 2007. I am still waiting for it. while Track order option shows that it was delivered. Now where did they delivered it. I don't know? Only relief is that it was Cash On Delivery, so at least my money is saved.

For last 3-4 days, I am trying to call them on the numbers they sent me in SMS saying that my parcel is not delivered, but I am able to connect to their number. My place is so much approachable that none of the courier companies have ever asked that they could not find it. But they say that they are not able to trace out my location.
In addition to that, whenever a courier company's representative is unable to find the location, they usually call and ask for the location but they never did, just sent an SMS saying your consignment could not be delivered, please contact us immediately, on the number[protected] but I failed to contact them, as it is continuously switched off for all the days.
They should be banned for their ridiculous & lazy services.
