[Resolved]  Express It Courier — Non-Delivery of Courier from ICICI Bank

I strongly Agree with this.

This is the worst courier company in india. I have no idea why ICICI and other banks have choosen this to deliver such an important documents. My courier is lagging with these since last 6 days. They logged it as that adddress is wrong, and when after thousands of calls i reached once to the customer care, they read my address which was correct. After their promise that they will deliver it today at any cost, i even wasted my whole day waiting at home, but still these rascals... they neither delivered nor responded back.

They have mentioned dozens of phone numbers on website, if i will show them the log of my telephone bill, i think i will get an entry in limca book for my calls, but even not once they picked my call..

WORST COURIER COMPANY... Don't even send your through this company.

I got a SMS from ICICI stating that my PIN has been despatched through this courier. But as of now I have not received any courier, When i called to ICICI they simply told the address was not proper and they returned the courier, when I called to courier company Nobody is picking up the call .I am suprised to hear such a comment from the so called Professionally managed company. Even small courier companies call us if they could not locate the address. But in this case I have not received any call from the company. I feel ICICI bank as made a Worst choice in choosing this company to deliver there Credit Cards.

Use less courier comapany chosen from Kotak Bank.
I am also facing the similar problems with these useless courier company (Express IT) I feel it is a one of the worst company in the country.

Even though we are living in competitive world, I wonder how they behaved in this manner.

If they provide same kinds of services, the circumstance will force them to shut their operation.

Non-delivery of Airway Bill No. [protected]

I received an sms on mobile phone no. [protected] that the said
consignment could not be delivered on 1 Novemebr 2008.

On 3rd November 2008 I spoke over the phone and gave following
alternate (residential) address for delivering the consignment:

New Delhi 110018

Unfortunately the consignement has not been delivered as yet.

Kindly get it delivered at the earliest under intimation to me.

EXPRESS IT COURIER SUCKS...>!!! I was supposed to receive a courier from ICICI bank. And even after the speculated time / day was over, I was not contacted by the courier people. I had to call ICICI and get the courier number and contact number of those screwed courier service.

And when I called them, they said that my courier has been sent back, as there was nobody at my place when the so called courier came. They never called me or came to my house. This is the second experience with these screwed / hopeless courier. Last time also I had the same problem with these people.

And when I called ICICI for the info, they knew nothing about it.. another one company, who is getting screwed slowly from all sides.

Yahoo Inc — Non delivery of ICICI credit card by ExpressIt couriers

I was told this card was dispatched on 5th November.. I still haven't heard a peep on this. Express IT couriers are uncontactable. When I did a search for more info, the first 2 links were from consumercomplaint.in... and I knew I was in trouble. So I've asked ICICI to send it again using another courier.. Waiting and watching...

This is a complaint against ESPRESSIT couriers. for Non delivery of ICICI credit card by ExpressIt couriers. I work at Yahoo Inc.. and wrongly put that in the company column. This is NOT a complaint against Yahoo. Sorry.

ICICI — Not receiving courier even after many reminder calls

My documents was despatched on 11.11.08 as told by officers of ICICI bank customer care but yet not have received. Given no. are coming " does not exisits". Plz help me out.

I have not seen any courier service as of now who has set great standards of non compliance to the consumer, i am supposed to recieve my card by 20 nov, but still iam unable to trace where my card is, these people have thosands of phone numbers, i was aghast none of them (when i say i mean 1000) are in working condition, you can hear various messages possible by the phone company while calling those numbers, they have taken oath for not taking any calls fron the customer.
Suprise to know a bank like ICICI has wrong numbers attached to there customer care, , GOD help people in ICICI.., I need to know 1 number where some body is there to pick up the phone, Other wise courier only reaches home the time you have just left it.

yes i agree your comments . icici bank sent my cheque book and debit card but still i m not get these things and also i tried to contact his office but all the phone numbers are not in use.they are not responsable persions .i m sure one day they will all are go to prision it s true.

This company seems to be a big fraud. They are not delivering any courier. My courier was sent back twice, with a reason of "remote location", whereas the address for delivery is opposite to the main bus stand.

There is no response for telephone enquiry. I dont know, how this company manages to bag orders from SBI etc. Something is fishy in these deals.
