[Resolved]  Express It Courier — Courier Service

I had a courier from ICICI bank which had a cheque book. I got a call from Express IT courier. They just called and asked me if i am in home. I was in office and they kept the phone telling to collect the courier from the local office. They didnt give the booking number, they didnt even tell clearly which courier they are calling from. I tried calling them again, but no response. This is the second time this is happening. They dont bother to give any information and just banged down the phone. Such a bad service. HIGH time ICICI bank should look for some good courier service to serve them.
