I have not received my Pan card, in NSDL site it has give me the PAN no, & status shows it has been dispatch on 9th Feb 2012 but not received by us. Address : F - 96/70/80 Chetneshwar Sterling City Bopal TA - Daskroi, Ahmedabad - 380058, Gujarat.my courier vide airway bill no. [protected].

BB) I checked my PAN Application Status, in Status is "The Pan Card No. EFKPS6397H delivered on 16.07.2012 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no.[protected] at the communication address".
CC) But I have not Received the PAN CARD No. EFKPS6397H. Could you please let us know why such delay in processing for the PAN card application.

I am extremely sorry to inform that in spite of my several query with your customer service centre Mumbai, they are always informing that the courier will be received by you at the earliest as well as your tracking site shows that the consignment is delivered to your Jamshedpur office on 12.9.2012.
1. On 14.9.2012 it was informed that this will be delivered on 15.9.2012 by 6.30 pm.
2. On 17.9.2012, informed that it will reach you by 20.9.2012.
3. On 21.9.2012 informed that it will delivered by 24.9.2012 without fail
4. On 25.9.2012 If you are in need please collect it from our Jamshedpur Office at 37, Jeet Complex, New Kalimati Road, Jamshedpur.
5. Again on 28th and 3rd of Oct'2012 they informed that you will recd it by 8.10.2012
We tried to collect it from your Jamshedpur but really sorry to inform that your office at Jamshedpur is still closed till today 12.00 noon. No body is there to answer your query including your Customer service centre Mumbai and they are not even listening any thing on phone. They are not in a mood to listen properly our grievances.
