I am holding your Credit card no 5543788386169836 issued in 1996 by your Bank. This card has expired on 2006. I have not used the card for the last ten years. Kindly go through the records and see when was my last transaction was done and I have made payments towards the same .

Despite make expalining to your officers on various instances all this years. Recently i lost my sister in the 26/11 and am under depression . Yet your officers have threatened me for my dues which I do not owe your bank. You have been taking money from me till Nov 2008.Your bank is trying to exort money from me through the recovery agents though I have made payments and for which I have not used. Your recovery agents have started threatening my family and me and are using extortion methods. I am recieving calls form 02267373767 I have had a long associations with your bank and liked your services for so long.
