[Resolved]  Ezeego — Deficiency of Service and Cheating

Here is the letter i sent to ezeego. I have not received any reply. I made several calls; but it has fallen on deaf ears.

Whoever you may be concerned or unconcerned

I want to bring it to your notice that you are employing unfair and dubious means to deal with your customers. I am sure if you continue this practice, your business will shut down and you will not be able to practise ezeecome; ezeego money means.

I demand the difference of fare i had to pay on the 3rd november 2007 and the unnecessary humiliation and mental anguish i had to suffer at the airport when your nonsense system could not generate pnr number for my bom - cjb itinerary while meanwhile having debited my credit card in full.

I want the difference of fare that i had to unnecessarily bear and make myself sit in an uncomfortable middle seat of the flight. That your organisation is using unfair means is evidenced by the facts that i have made several telephone calls and i have received no reply. Upon asking for your registered office address, i am told that the lady does not have permission for its disclosure. How irrational. Perhaps, you deserve the mass media attention !!

Give me my money back or else i will be compelled to take recourse to all available legal meand entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences, take good note of.

Hi,
I bought air ticket from ezeego1 scheduled on 12th November, 2007 with Jetlite. But when I reached the airport Jetlite confirmed that the ticket is fake and there is no booking for the issued PNR number. I tried calling their call centers but all in vain. No one answer the call except the answering machine. After two weeks I got a mail from ezeego1 that as my flight was cancelled they are refunding the whole amount. But the flight was never cancelled. It did take off. They have cheated me. I had spent approx Rs.15000 extra just because of this and lost two working days.
I request you all not to use their services Otherwise you will repent later.
