[Resolved] Ezeego — Refund not received for failed transaction on ezeego | |
Hello, I was booking an air ticket on ezeego website (www.ezeego.com) for my brother on Indigo airlines from Chennai to Delhi for the date[protected] on[protected]. While booking the website redirected me to ICICI visa payment gateway for payment, where I made a payment of Rs. 4459.00 using my ICICI visa credit card. After the payment, I was redirected back to ezeego website, but no PNR or booking reference No. generated. Even I received e-mail and SMS from Ezeego saying that "Thanks for booking" but there was no PNR or booking reference No. When I contacted the ezeego customer server, I was told that transaction has been failed and I will receive automatic refund on my credit card within 7 business days. After 7 business days I did not receive any refund. After that I called customer service several times, sent e-mails and even chatted with them using online chat option on their website and every time I was told that I will receive the refund within 7 days or 3 days or 2 days blah blah blah. But the refund never came. Is there any place where we can complain about this cheat website and beware other people of their fraud? Bhanu Dravid Chandigarh Was this information helpful? | |

Dear All,
Its proccess in which they work, they dont like to work for customer becouse they never work to grow a company.
Please dont book tickets by such time pass websites.They are opened there business to close one day.

i have cancelled the ticket booked thru you the pnr no is OP5AHS the booking ref is EZR[protected]/A
the ticket was in the name of mr madhusudan jalan and mrs ranjana jalan the ticket was canclled on 29.8.2008 but i have not recd the refund kindly let me have the status
