[Resolved] Faber Cooktop — Pathetic After sales service | |
My biggest mistake till take...I bought Faber cooktop few months back.There was a problem with the burner & I had called up the service centre in Pune ( Mob: No Of The Concern Person- [protected], 26930972,[protected] one month back, then again few days back but their person never turned up to check the fault.These dont understand that they are playing with our lives as any burner problem is a serious problem. I would like to request this company to change the service persons who dont even bother to pick up the calls & never give service ( I am not talking about good service I am expecting just service). This product is not that great, you can get the same product from other brands also..So I would like to recommend to a new buyer to go in for some other brand & not with Faber. I am sure after this complaint also my problem is not going to be sorted out by the company as this complaint is the common complaint from many of their clients who have done a mistake of purchasing the products of Faber.
