Sir/Madam, I bought faber''s gas cooktop on oct 2011 of 1 year warranty. Now I have register complaint to the company about my gas cooktop not working properly on 18 jan 2012 it is under warranty period . They have come to my place 6 times on constant calling, but not yet rectified , they we have get confirmation from the company . What shall I do
