We have called the faber person for service in the first week of june to service our chimney. From then till now, we have made many calls and the standard reply we get is , " I will come in a day's time". till date they are not bothered to service the chimmney Was this information helpful? | |||

Faber Heatkraft Industries Ltd — Poor service
I have purchased 2 burner steel cook top 1 year back. Now I am facing the problem of gas leakage from one of the burner and it does not flame properly as well. Its auto ignition is also not at all working. I lodged the complaint about 2 months back with consumer help line number[protected]. They said that technician will come to check it. After some days, technician came and said burner has to be changed. No comment on ignition problem. He further said that burner has to be ordered and it will come within 4-5 days. After this till to date nothing has happened. I have called customer care for many a times. Each time they say we will send your comment and somebody will come within 24 hrs. For last more than 24 days also no one came. The technician who came first also does not pick up the calls. Are these burners so precious? Aren't they available at all? One day the leakage may lead to some serious mishap and then Faber technical person will arrive to see - nothing left in hand.Faber — Lier
The company people would tell you that the filter would be better than auto clean. but auto clean is better than filter. I have bought a cooking range (Faber) about 2 years ago.Since the last 45 to 50 days it is out of order.I contacted the service station and they came and checked the problem and now they have not turned up to fix it, have made numerous calls but no response???We were told a few days back that the spares come from Germany so it takes a few weeks.I doubt if they are actually working on it.It is such a pathetic response and after sales.Will never recommend any one to buy a Faber product.
I bought a faber chimney last year. It took nearly 3 months to fix the chimney and all of sudden it stopped working. I have been calling the service centre in chennai. they always said they will come today, but they never come. It is the worst service centre ever I have seen in all my life whereas Gilma which was brought by my brother a couple of years back gets cleaned every 3 months without fail. You keep calling no response from the service people. Please do not buy faber products anymore.

Faber — No response, no service
My Faber electric chimney needs cleaning, and I registered a complaint 2 weeks ago, on 10th Feb to the Faber customer care number[protected]. They said they will send my complaint to service centre and somebody will attend to my complaint. Nobody came. I have been calling 2-3 times every week, and EVERYTIME THE SAME ANSWER - "we're sending an email to the service centre" - where the bloody hell are those emails going??I called the Bangalore (Ulsoor) service centre two times - on 23 Feb, they promised me somebody "WILL DEFINITELY COME TOMORROW MORNING" - as usual nobody has turned up!!
FABER IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE BUSINESS FOR CAUSING INCONVENIENCE TO PEOPLE WHO OWN THEIR PRODUCTS!
