Faber Heatkraft Industries Ltd — No Service receiving from Faber on Faulty Microwave Oven even though it's under warranty

We bought brand new Faber Microwave Oven in Nov 2010. After some days o[censored]se we realize that it does not switch off if we keep timer more than 2 min. We need to do hard disconnect. We have register compliant( Compliant Number is[protected] on 23rd Feb 2011. So far we have few tech people visited the site and told us front panel is faulty need to be replaced. Talked to area manager few times, every time I call they say we will send somebody to see the issue. Till date we have not got the issue resolved.
