[Resolved] Family Credit — Personal loan in Family Credit

hello sir, I am usha.. took personal loan in Family credit bangalore indira nagar branch, after 9 months i went for pre closure, i took 42k and paid for 9 months about 24k and they are asking me to pay 39k if i want to pre close... i can not pay so much... i said the same to them... but there is no responce...thiere intrest rate is 55%..and i have the records for that, i asked for the agreement copy signed by me at the time of taking loan to show it to a legal adviser, they are not giving that also... from past 4 months i have stopped ECS from bank and they are not coming to collect the balance amount from me, they are making me a defaulter though i want to pay. Will it be a problem for me?? Please help me in this by telling me the proper rules and what is the standrd intrest rate which a finance firm can take according law. Hi, This is Sadik Shaikh from Kalyan I would like to inform you that one of your verifier from (Matrix Agency) Mr. Hemant Pangam ( Area Of Survey From Kalyan west to Bhiwandi )is taking bribe for doing each case and he never hesitate to do so I have follow him and observ his all activity and its been found that the two wheeler which is been used by him is on the name of Mr. Nishikant Jagtap ( Vehicle Registration No. MH-05-AR-8338) and there is also one bike on his own name for which he never paid a single emi. The whole story has been discussed with Mr. Aditya ( Manager Matrix ) but he didnt did anything against him, Sir I have applied for two wheeler on my name he did ask me for rs.1000 however I had given Mr.Hemant only Rs. 500 the reason he decline my case

I also taken vechile loan from family credit they ve taken ECS through canara bank but due to some uncircumstances & canara banks ECS problem they cannot withdraw EMI from bank. But they were not aware of this matter, my repeated calls to family credit bank they ve not reponsed to my call then suddenly they came asking me penalty charges but since i know the rules & keeping track record of phone calls they r now coming & taking EMI cash from me,
