Family Credit — Bad Customer Service | |
This complaint is against Family Credit for their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had taken a car loan from them on 28/04/2011 but till date neither I have received any welcome letter from them nor the copy of my loan agreement. Their Toll Free Number[protected] never works and always a busy message is displayed. Further on repeatedly calling the main office at Technopolis, 7th Floor, Wing – A, Plot # 4, Block – BP, Sector – V, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091 on phone number +[protected], I am been assured every time that they will call back within 20 minutes but that 20 minutes never happened in the last two months.
