Wrong Combination Given By Sales Man
I, am Mahesh Bahuguna, purchased a Havells Fan, Model: Vilocity from one of their retailer From Haridawar. I purchased that fan near about 4 month back. Last Week while I Assembeled these fan I found That Blade are another Model Vilocity-XP,
I have already complained to customer care whose no. is 09041934 on Dated 18.04.09 I am Continiuse Call to Costumer Care Since 18 04.09( Mr. Avijeet, Mr. Narayana, Mr.Abhisek, ans Miss. Megha)These Person Totaly Missgiude to me . On dated 24.04.09. I Recived A Call From Costumer Care Enginner Mr. Sheesh Pal and he ask to me that These Blade are Changed Only at Haridwar.
In Havells India Ltd website they have mentioned about the Quality policy, but if this their standard of Total Costumer Satisfaction then for God sake it should not be display on their website to misguide the customer.
