Fashion and you is complete fraud company. I had placed the order #[protected]. These people owe me Rs.1025 the refund should have come by 28th Jan 2015, but my money is not credited in my account. When I called there call center, there call center girl refused to me give me updates on my refund. THIS IS FRAUD COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We ordered one pair of formal man shoes from brand Bruno Manetti.
Today we received the product no.[protected] via AWB no. C[protected] and immediately called at customer care as we did not find any brand name over the product. Although it was shown in the pictures while ordering the product.
Customer care executive also admitted that it can be a fake product and suggested us to write mail along with pictures of the product.
Please find enclosed pictures of the product and please collect the product at the earliest possible and refund the money.
I also want to know that Fashion and you always says that Quality Check is performed before delivery of product to customer but we also did not find any stamp of QC over the product, please let us know about the quality check.

It was worst experience with fashion and u.
This company take money and do not send product and use the money of client for more than 2 monts.
I ordered kurta 16/12/2014 orderno.[protected]…they accepted it get credited and cancell my order at last moment when i need to wear it….on last day.
then i ordered a legging 5/01/2015 but after 2 months march 1st they cancelled this order telling some qc check
i ordered a jegging again just to check the company on 6th march the comapny send me worst product and witghout checking size…i want it 34 …and tehy send me 25-26…but mention there 34..its all fraudment…company putting wrong stigger.
when i called they said we cant help it and talk to me very very aggressive i called on there customer care[protected]

I strongly recommed not to purchase from this site.they provide substandard quality of dresses, way different from the image shown in their website.And if refund is requested on product return they just wash off their hands, Worst customercare.I have spend Rs100 on my mobile to call them, it was just a waste of my time and money.

Fashionandyou is nothing but an online fraud company. It has been more than a month that i returned a trouser i had ordered from them. I am wasting my time and money on these people and I'm planning to lodge a consumer complaint against them with the consumer forum. I have spent more money following up with them on telephone calls, rather than what i spent on the website! Horrible Horrible service!! sick and tired i am.

Really. I have ordered dresses from fashion and you before one month, and I got an email that they don't have that product with them. If they don't have product, why are they selling them?? It is a fraud site. Try buying things as Cash on delivery, then only it worth. otherwise you will lose your money

I had purchased a crocs belly from the site fashion and you on 30th May for Rs.1200.The order number for the same is[protected]. The product is defected, one size is perfectly fine and the other is big thought the same size is mentioned. I have complained the site through mail and phone but they don't bother to change it. The reason they give that I hadn't complained within 7 days but the product was gifted to someone and how can you expect a gifted product to be returned within 7 days. The product doesn't even looks like it is original. It seems that it's a first copy. I even said I will complain the consumer court but they still don't bother.
The company must change my belly and give the proof of its originality or refund me the money.
