[Resolved]  Fashion And You — online fraud

I have ordered for 4 different products from a website called as www.fashionandyou.com. I made the entire payment but initially received only one product(cheapest among those). Then after making not less than 30 calls I was told that the products will be dispatched soon and then i received a package. But I was shocked to see that there was only one product in it. Now after making not less than 50 attempts to reach them I was told that they do not have any stock with them. So when I asked for refund I was told that I will be getting my money only in the form of gift voucher forcing me shop with them again. Even after expressing my severe dis-interest in shopping with them they very arrogantly replied that thats the only option left for me. Even when I warned them of taking this issue to consumer forum the relpy was " No problem at all, please go ahead" and here I am seeking justice.

I should say that this is my most disappointing experience in my online shopping spree of 3 yrs.

To all those who are shopping with please stop doing it right away or some day or the other you are going to face the similar or even bigger problems. Its only because of such fraudulent companies many genuine websites are facing problem in India since people are losing their faith in online shopping.

So people please be careful about such websites

Order I'd no.[protected], The captioned order was placed from my registered account with Fashion and you on 10th of June 2015. However, 14 days have passed and I am yet to receive the product. On the JMS site, there is no update of the dispatch status post 10th of June. Additionally, after several calls that I have made to Fashion and You I haven't received a satisfactory revert. Please expedite and ensure the product reaches to me at the earliest. Confirm on the timelines. I can be contacted any time on my registered contact no.
Why the website is not working. It does not select city, location, etc. Please check the cart and net payable amount. What's wrong with the website. If can't take orders then why having a website.

The worst site ever...
Worst service...all jerks workingat one place, order something and you'll receive it after a month, and they'll promise u 7days...
All jerks sitting at customer service department, giving false hopes, will pay no attention to ur request some akriti sharma and few more guys...they'll keep u on hold and run away.
Guys v aint fools here...at least dont giv false hopes, if a product is bloody out o[censored]r league, dont display it.
Guys please mention what is d rating for worst, i'll give u that..

Biggest frauds, they ship worst products usually cheap stuff and customer care is pathetic.They never send what promised. I have burnt my fingers twice once when in name of Bhagalpur Saree I received a Surat cheap product and one now when a cardboard with cheap raxine was send as a bag

Very bad customer service . Delivery time is too much !! Like I ordered a perfume and after 3 days of order they told me that ur product is not dispatched yet and it will take atleast 4 or 5 day to deliver . Pathetic service .

I have gone through all the reviews and complaints against FAY. I just given a trail by placing an order.At last i come to know all the reviews and complains are real. our system should have regulation over this kind of fake online maechendisers. I still don't know why these guys are continuing and showing item list if they are not able to deliver.

Never buy any item which cannot be exchanged or returned.. I have recently bought few household stuffs.. On screen it looked different big colorful and nice.. When I actually saw the product I don't even want to keep it in my house.. It's pathetic.. Waste of money and time as I cannot even return it.. I will never buy from fashion and you anymore.. Nor will I ever suggest it to anybody..

Hi I had placed an order on fashion and you the order no. Is[protected].. It has been an utter disappointing experience with this site. The customer care executives need some serious behavioural training. Unprofessionalism is evident at every step of you are dealing on this site. Timeliness is a term which seems alien to these people on fny. They take good 7 days to ship a product in NCR region itself. And too is finally not shipped inspire of repeated reminders. If anything that could have been avoided from your end.. It sure was the arrogant behaviour o[censored]r employees and the ease with which they give you the option to cancel an order, instead of coming up with a feasible solution that just add up to the discomfort of the customer. This was my first deal with fny, which I will certainly cancel and trust me I m done with your website.
