[Resolved]  Fashion And You — cancel of order

My order no is 448627 you have cancel my order and this very product is on sale right now on you web site, this is not the first time it is happening to me as u can see from my order history you will find that how many order have been cancel it's a long list let's starts with my order no 353573, i purchase 5 items on 14/04/2011but at that time it was not displaying in my order history nor i got any confirmation mail from your side regarding this order after many mails and phone call you send the confirmation mail and display the order on my order history but there was also a mistake i had purchase 5 product but you were displaying on 3 of them then again i have to call you and mail you to correct the order history i mailed to Megha jhor and many other (all the mail are with me i can send you ) after a long time it was corrected but after some days again they started to display 3 items out of 5 items and that also with different value then i mail again to F&U and Megha Jhor along with the screen short (this is still with me ) then it was corrected, on 22/05/11 i purchased a MULTI UTILITY LAPTOP TROLLEY BAG of Swiss military by using the referral voucher of Rs.1000 and mail fashion and you that my order no 353573 have not been delivered and started commenting on Facebook on 26th may 3.06 pm Megha called me from fashion and you( i have the recording) and said that the order no353573 is been cancel due to quality problem that i out of 5 item that i have purchased one of them the Key Chain by Swiss military was on sale at that time i told megha about this she told me that she cant do any thing and then i told her that day that u write it down that my order no 448627 will be cancel and this very order was cancel after a month in between this one more order was cancel order no 522084 i call F&U and talk with KUNAL of fashion and you 25/06/11 11.45 A.M ( i have the recording ) he told me that F&U is very sorry for cancelling the order and assure me that in feature he will look that non of my order is been cancel and if i had any problem then call F&U and ask for him he will be online but when my order no 448627 was cancel (a call came to me ) i try to contact Mr.Kunal & Megha many time but both of them did not came on phone and not only this you people have block my many id so that i cant comment on Facebook to keep you image clean but i wont leave this matter here i will go to consumer court for justice i have all the document all mail all the recording of phone, this is not my problem if the supplier do not supply the goods to you or the quality is not ok you should confirm all this before you put on the product on sale

FashionAndYou.com — Order Cancelled

I had ordered few t-shirts from this site called fashionandyou.com and selected the cash on delivery option which the provide, under which they send a mail within 24 hours to avoid bad orders for cash on delivery services.

I never received their mail and so I filled up their support form and mailed them regarding the same, Also I tried to call their support num: +[protected] which doesn't work.

Second day I get a mail that my order has been canceled because I did not respond to confirmation mail which I never received and they could not reach me on my contact number. I did receive a call but no one spoke on the other side.

Anyways have heard from others too, the site seems kind of fraud, they don't a secure credit card payment system too that's why I choose cash on delivery.

Just want to warn others that's it.

It should be FraudandYou.com rather.

I have been shopping on fashionandyou.com since a long time and I am sure that they are not a fraud. This kind of miscommunication is possible but you should not make up your mind against the store from just one experience. I find the cash on delivery system superb and comfortable. If you start making up your mind against a good company just because of one bad experience (that to due to miscommunication), you are really missing out on some fabulous deals, dear. I suggest you try their services one more time. I am sure they won’t let you down. Happy shopping!

First of all you should know that you have cancel 9 order in a period of 6 months and all the order have been cancel on the same ground that the quality of the goods was not good is it possible, but all that product were on sell at that period of time if the supplier do not provide you the good quality of product then why you put on sell that very product, yes you have right to cancel the order, but when ever i have use the referral voucher you have cancel the order then what is the use of providing the referral voucher is it just to FOOL the innocent customer, if you cancel the order when a person is using the referral voucher then you should not provide the referral voucher or do not allow to use it or don't give voucher of such a big amount that you can't give the discount, for this i remember a famous quote in hindi " jitni chadar ho utna hi pair (legs) failana chahiye"
And now for your so called ' WE R SORRY ' voucher how many voucher you have given till now have you cheek your records just 1 voucher that was also given with expire time (i have the mail ) when i called to your office then you people have correct it so don't tell that you have done some thing great by providing 1 voucher out of 9 order you have cancel.
Now for your Face Book issue if some one request to know about his order then how long you take to reply 1 or 2 days i have try for 5 days then i was bound to use some hard words now you say when you cancel order one by one and you don't reply then how a person will feel just you keep your self in my position and think i call you i have lost more than Rs.1000 on phone to know about my order and why it was cancel but all was wasted, you people simply don't want to hear any negative thing about yourself on Facebook for this i want to say " YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR FACE BY BREAKING A MIRROR"
and if you have really taken member feedback very seriously then this would not have been ha pend and every time you say that "we hope you don’t face such inconveniences in future!" but every times it's happens because it's have now become your regular habits.
