It is about the way they deal with their customers, I have been a fan of online shopping till few days back but now I am devastated. Whenever you place an order either it takes a lot of time to deliver or it is out of stock. The payment is always made in advance at the time of booking/placing an order. Then you as a customer have to follow up with them for the status of the order or the refund of the money. There have been several cases which I have faced personally and have all the documented proof. I have personally complained to Pearl Uppal for the resolution of my grievances but all in vain. I have been following up for 2 transactions from last 2 months that have not been reversed to my account neither I have received the products. Most of the time, they say that they have reversed the transaction & I should contact my Bank for further processing. And then when I demand for a transaction id or reversal id they go blank. My personal experience with them has not been good so I suggest you to order at your own personal risk because there are chances of losing your money or being cheated like the way I have been thru.
