Fast Track Call Taxi — Poor response | |||
I have booked fast track call taxi on 1st jan 2012 at 11.30....I asked to come at my home on 5.30...Some one has called my mobile at 5.14.... that time my mobile was in my handbag...so the call was cut and it was missed call...within 2 minutes, means at 5.16 i called back that no....it went to fast track services....they said, i didnt pick up the call, so they cancelled the vehicle...i was shocked...i said it was in my handbag..they said, no vehicles around ur area...so we cant send it now.... finally we took auto and go back.. Really they are veryyyyyyyy poor poor in customer services...they didnt reply properly...no proper response....
