[Resolved] Fast Track — No delivery and no refund by fastrack | |||
I have ordered a fasttrack watch on 16th may. There was a change in address which I mentioned at first. So I informed them through mail and gave new address. But it was never delivered to the new address. On tracking the order it shows that its returned back to consignor. I have mailed them a number of times that I did not receive it and asked for their office address so that I can go and collect it from there. Then I mailed them to return the money atleast if they can't do anything else. But they never reply back. I dont even have their contact number, so that I can talk directly and clear the issue. Also, I have asked them their contact number several times, but again they didn't reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
