Fast Track — Not working properly

I have purchased a fastrack wrist-watch bearing design no-NB1473MOi on 21-02-13 from Anglo-Swiss Co,
Krishnagar,Nadia,West Bengal.Said watch getting sudden stop.Under warranty I ve received bad customer
service from selling dealer,they told me,we will deliver your watch by 15-20 days.What do i do??Guide accordingly.
