[Resolved] Fast Track — Very Bad service | |||
Hi All, On June 2012 booked a calltaxi to go to chennai egmore station. The train at departs at 7.30 pm and so we booked the taxi to report at 6.00pm but till 6.15 no one reported. when we called the drivers no which they provided he did not attend the call. at 6.30 pm he attended and said very irresponsibly that he was in some other customers house and he also added that the call taxi booking officer has booked two customers for a single driver. we got irritated and got an auto and in a hurry burry we reached the station exactly at 7.30 pm to our amazement train was 15 min late that day so we were able to board the train. When we informed this issue to the customer care dept their response was very bad. so we decided never to book a fasttrack call taxi and we also suggest the same to our friends, neighbours and colleagues.
