Fast Track — Worst Service by Fast track Chennai.

Today (19/10/2013) I booked a cab in Fast track pick up @10:30am from santhosapuram but they didn't provide a cab till 10:35am. They gave a driver number who is in Padappai, this place is almost 25km fare away from my place. So driver told he can't come to that place if he come it will take time so he asked me to inform Fast track office to re-arange another cab near by my place. I also informed to them @ 9:30am itself but again and again they gave the same driver number while I calling. Booking Id: 3995. Finally I cancelled my booking itself. Waste of money & time booking in fast track. My personal advice please don't go to fast track.
