[Resolved]  Fastrack — wrist watch strap get torned

My name is Sandesh am working as cm representative in Vodafone Store i live in shimoga (karnataka) & i have purchased a fastrack watch on nov in chennai but there is a fault in the watch but i got to know this problem now only the accuracy of watch is not correct there is little bit speed please exchange my watch immediatly with another watch or i ll complaint to consumer court please revert back immediatly to my mail id or my cell no [protected]

I have purchased a watch no.fastrack 9794np01 orpat dt 28/10/2011 from your authorised dealer Modern electrical and watch co. subhash road Aligarh -202001.After one week my watch's step was broken automatically.Immediately i have contacted from your dealer for complaining.Having listining my problem he directly refused to change my watch and told that the said watch will have to be sent to the company for repairing.For this i was shocked very much and considered have to go to consumer forum for complaining against you and your dealer.
