[Resolved] Fastway — Harassed by operator | |||
I applied for a new connection at the Ludhiana customer care centre and they offered me to take my old dish tv set top box and the antenna and give me first 6 months of cable rent freehand asked me to wait for 4 days. after 4 days of waiting nothing happened. I asked for the local operator guys number and when I called him he says that he has to arrange new wires for my area even when I knew that all my neighbours use fastway. After a long hassle he agrees to get me the connectiion but then he doesn't agree with the 6 months offer as it would be a loss to him.Now plz explain me the whole situation about the communication gap and the operator guy declining the offer.
