Faulty car!!!
I HAVE WRITTEN SERIES OF COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY NO ACTION TAKEN!!!
I am dealing with the pathetic car of SKODA FABIA company for the past ONE YEAR. The service centers in delhi are just no good. I had written a series of complaint and spoken to service center manager of sai automobile MR JITENDRA, My car in the past 5 months has visited this service center several times for tracing out the fault with its A/C and the service center of sai automobile tells me its the lekage of the gas and then they tell me the pressure of the gas is too less and so called they FIXED the A/C defect.
Winters there is'nt any problem with the car as AC is not in use, this summer again the car AC starts blowing warm and hot air though the temperature has been set to 16 degree, I again send this car to a different service center "Continenetal Auto Service" on 20/05/09 .
The service advisor Mr Satish tells me there is a problem with the compressor the compressor is faulty and it takes 5-10 days to get it ordered from the company, my car comes back and few days later I speak to the manager of the company Mr Mohan, who convinces me about the compressor is just fine could be some other problem and asks me to drop the car to the showroom for 5 days with an assurance to do the best. My car again visits the showroom on 20/06/09 and till now there is no revert the manager or any other staff of the company till date.
I m forced to take an legal action against the company, as the car is started giving me problems within 5 months of purchase and I have to face harassment with the service center dealers (sai automobile and continental auto service)
I would like to return this car to the company and give my money back!!!
