[Resolved]  Fee refund — for fee refund

I am a student of BUIT, Bhopal. I took admission in the year 2010. My complaint is that my college is not giving me th fee concession on the basis of Green card. As per the government rules, there is full fee concession for the Green card holders. I want to know that -What can be the legal procedure for this complaint? what should I have to do...???
