[Resolved]  Femina Subscription — Non receipt of Subscription copy

Dear Sir/Madam
I am a subscriber of Femina magazine but from June-2010 I have not been receiving my copy, only this month (Nov-2010) I received the copy and that to in open packaging. Request you to please look into the matter, send the me the previous copies and if possible change your courier agency. Also request you to please improve your magazine packaging, as most of the time the package is open with missing supplementary issues.

I too wish to add that recently the customer service standard of Femina is going down which is going to affect the reputation of TimesGroup. i customer id 21230335 have been a subscriber of Femina for the last almost 10 yrs. I have been going to USA off and on for long periods of 3/4 months and every time I had been requesting Femina staff to hold up my supplies during that period to be resumed after I come back. So far this had been going very smoothly. But this time when I came back from USA, I had sent an e-mail on 4th October 2010 to resume my supplies. My e-mail was acknowledged that the supplies will resume shortly. However, till now, i.e. 12th Nov. 2010, I have yet to receive any copy of Femina. Your customer service dept. Ms [censored]al and Ms. Shalaka Patankar have always been telling me that they have forwarded my request to the concerned dept. But thats not my headache. What I want my supplies to resume. These two persons, I am sorry to say, have not been taking a customer oriented attitude which used to be there so far with the Times Group. I would therefore request you to pl. look into this complaint and take corrective action immediately under advice to me.

and DD NO-018681 Dated -13-jan 2010 amt -650/- but sir still we not received subscription copy and also not recived first 4 month issue we received issue from month of june so pls kindly arrenge to send same subscription copy and Ist 4 month Issue

Given the standards of the indian couriers/post, I am not surprised. Unless you live in a small city, I would suggest that its best to buy it from a news stand. When I was at back at my mum's place (a small village in Karnataka) I used to regularly recieve the subscriptions. The moment I moved to Bangalore I started facing a lot of issues like magazines not delivered in time, pages torn, magazines missing etc. Plus isn't it always that customer service is at its best when the vendor is growing. The movement they become established, customer service is on the streets.

Femina-Times of India — non Issuance of copies

I have subscribed to the Femina magazine annually and after delivering 2 copies,the issues have stopped coming.After I made a complaint I got # copies at one go and then the issue has stopped coming.Neither did I get the free subscription gift.Ive sent 2 emails and made innumerable callsand still it remains unsolved.

Even i want to add comment here. I had purchased subscription in august 2011 during book fair in Delhi and have the receipt too. My receipt nymber is 32503 but never heard back from them. I had even placed complaint through their customer care number multiple times, but haven't received any response from them. can anyone please look into this matter?
