FETISE.COM — No delivery of ordered products and bad customer care service

I had placed an order of leather products order No # 11141 on WWW.fetise.com on[protected]. Even after two months I didn't receive the product and I called the customer care a number of times. Finally they told that the product is not available and they have cancelled my order.

They have refunded through gift vouchers. But the worst part is it has 3 months expiry date. I have used a gift voucher while purchasing and top of it I have pay some extra amount for the order. They have redeemed two coupons for me. One is gift voucher which I have used for purchasing and the other one is the amount which I have payed extra. But I cant use both the coupons on one order. I felt very bad on this and tried calling the customer care. Calling a customer care is a great pain as no one lifts the call.

While refunding, the customer care haven't informed me about the expiry date. I have sent an email to the customer care but haven't received any reply from them.

I have purchased a number of online products from different sites but haven't seen such a worst site and worst customer care service like FETISE.COM. Please never buy a product from this site.

I have even worse experience. Out of two orders I placed, one got canceled and I got store credit same as you did. The other order got delivered and the merchandise was replica... it was absolutely not of the international quality standards as they claim.
We must spread the word to ensure minimum number of people getting cheated.
Does anyone know if I can launch a complaint in Bangalore consumer court against them? Or this has to be done in Mumbai?
How many days after the transaction I can register a complaint in consumer court?
Completely agree withe thee complaints and frustration expressed here. Fetise.com cheats people for a small amount of even Rs.500! I placed order for a black leatheer shoe on 13the Oct 2011. Expected date of delivery was 10the Nov 2011 but as of today (16the Dec 2011) theey have not even botheered to tell me why theey were unable to deliver thee product! After repeated calls, Customer Care (CC) says theey will give me some alternative like a gift voucher, which I don't care for. I wanted black shoe theat I liked to purchase and not being forced to take what theey give me. I am now asking for my money to be returned. CC has agreed to pay me back after really yelling at theem (I know poor CC Executive is not be blamed, he is sticking to thee company 'Policy').

Let's see how theings will turn out. But my sincere advise is not to buy from any such on-line vendors. It is always better to buy from a shop -- where you can feel thee goods, be satisfied it is delivered when you walk out. BEWARE OF FETISE.com

Total Cheats and Frauds. Firstly they will not place the order, for some reason or the other the order will be cancelled and then they will not refund the money except for some another gift voucher.

Guys, beware of this website. Worthless products and of poor quality delivered as otherwise claimed on their site, if delivered. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE...
I had bought a pair of Franco Leone shoes in the month of November from fetise with the order no. 108939. I received a call from their customer care confirming the order. Later I received a mail which stated my order was delayed and a miss you voucher was also credited in my account. It took them 1 month to deliver my shoe. But I like the shoes very much. They are so comfortable n stylish. Later I utilized my miss you voucher for another pair of shoes ;). Not a bad experience overall, even if they took time delivering my order. Not bad at all shopping at fetise.
