[Resolved] Fila — shoe complaint

I bought fila shoe in month of JANUARY which cost around 1900 rs from BATA shop located near CITY CENTRE THRISUR.At first it was nice to wear.Though it was a sports shoe,i have not wear it for a single time for playing.After 3 months its front coating shown complaint.It was rectified by the shop.After 7 months its heal was damaged very much that water is coming inside the shoe through heal.Now also i went to the bata shop and it was slightly cleared.But i know the rectification will last only for 1 month. I have no complaint for the shop as they heard my complaint and done their best.But i am very much unhappy regarding the product fila as i thought that the shoe will have a life for minimum of 15 months.

i have bought a fila shoe from fila exclusive showroom from brigade road in bangalore 6months back and after washing for first time the color of the fabric got fadded so i went to the showroom they said we will we don't know about this thing and they will later inform me if anytihng can be done for this i'm very disappointed with thid brand and the quality of the product pls help me out for this thing

i have bought fila shoe from pantaloon showroom phenix mall bareilly (up) 5 months back. shoe are cracking from side i went to the showroom they said we will we don't know about this. this i'm very disappointed with thid brand and the quality of the product pls help me out for this thing

Fila — Defect in shoes

I ordered Fila Shoes from Myntra.com on 12th August. ORDER NO. 7467215 TRACKING NO.: [protected] Few days ago I saw that it had developed cracks and the sole is coming apart. I request Fila to kindly change it, as it is under warranty. Sameer Deval [protected]
