[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Courier delivered to unknown person

Hi, This is to inform that my HDFC Medi-claim card along with my policy number and the documents has been delivered to unknown person. I have tried contacting First Flight courier several times but I did not get any positive response.I have tried contacting their Senior manager named (Neeshad) and she was not helpful.I am very frustrated right now.I am afraid that my personal information might be misused.Hence forth I want someone to resolve this for me as soon as possible.
