BAD OPERATIONS OF FIRST FLIGHT IN UK. Friends, Based on my bad experience and subsequent phone calls to First Flight Courier to their head of international operations Mr Santosh, Mary PS to Dy MD and to their UK operations team of Suraj, Nagraj and George let me inform you that: They forward our consignments to overseas address particularly UK through other couriers like DHL and TNT. They don't have team to deliver our consignments to destinations and rely on local agents. They have only FOUR persons Suraj, Nagraj and George and a secretary working in London. These UK staff behave very bad and refuse to track the deliveries and ask you to call agents directly ( why should we?) If delivery is desired before or after lunch etc then they ask for GBP Sterling 40/- extra or your consinees need to sit at home/office awaiting delivery or visit their warehouse to collect docs which are far from city center. Based on my experience I feel First Flight is UNFIT for international cargo particularly UK. Was this information helpful? | |
