[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Opening ,Tearing and damaging of important sealed documents

Sir/Madam
I am Ankita Singh from India.I had send a courier to Bandana Kumari in Glen Allen, Virginia, USA containing documents for my MS admission on 10.06.2008.My consignment no. FU000.I am Ankita Singh from Patna, Bihar.I had send a courier through First Flight Courier Ltd. Patna Branch. to my sister in Glen Allen, Virginia, USA.My consignment no is FU0004940.The consignment contained documents which included Marks sheet, sealed official transcripts from BIT Mesra, Ranchi; sealed Recommendation letters of three teachers. All these documents were supposed to be submitted for MS Admission in Virginia Commonwealth University.Upon opening the envelope my sisiter found sealed envelopes containing Official Transcripts, Recommendation letters were opened, teared.These sealed envelopes were to be submitted in US Universities for my admission in MS Programme.Now these documents cannot be submitted as they seal is being opened up.When i had complained first flight office at Mumbai they are not helping me out.They told me they will enquire in the matter n let me know.But no response came from their side.On 17.06.2008 when i called in the office they told me they couln't not help in this matter and they are not responsible for this since they don't open up the documents.I have even requested to ask someone from US to go and visit my sister's place and see personally how my documents have been damage dbut they are not even ready for this.What shall I do now . First Flight Courier Services is so irresponsible that they are not understanding the seriousness of this matter.Because of their I won't be able to submit my documents In US Universities.
