[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Consignment not delivered

I had sent the courier on 17th August, 2010 to Brighton, United Kingdom from pune.
Consignment No. - FM0048052.
Promised delivery date was 19th August,2010.
The Consignment is yet not delivered. Also I am not able check its status online.
I am trying to call the on their office numbers but all numbers are constantly busy from Friday.
I am sending e-mails to them from 20th August,2010 nobody is responding to my e-mails.
It is really unprofessional attitude of the company.
Can I let me knw where my parcel is?

I have sent one letter through this caurier service on dated 7th sept 2010 .Docket no D27400531 to destination Mawana (a satalite station of Meerut).My Letter stands un delivered even after folloup with the call center and sending mails to their h/o .It is reported by their call center thay the letter is lost and is not tracable.
I have suffered loss on account of this .I am trying to contact their represantative but not getting any reply

On Saturday (30-march-2011) I do courier from Lucknow (Near engineering College Churaha)

, the consignment NO is J99107318 for Delhi It was told that it will reach in 2 days on next mondey But till date it is not delivered and all the address and phone number are already mentioned but no information about the consignment, where is it, and why it is not delivered till date.

When I asked to that shop, they said on that only they had sended and he cant do any thing else.

If I gone to track it through CN No. then it is showing the it is on Delhi Hub., then why it is on Delhi hub and not delivered till date,
I called to all the no's available in there site and also called the number in the receipt.
But none of the call has been picked, and some time if they picked then they sail i am trying to find out why this was not delevred but till not i did not get any call or responce if they were not picking the call then for what purpose they were provided the numbers.

My Consignment was not delivered properly. They simply ignore the customers...Not sure what is the use of discussing it here. But atleast people who read this can avoid using their service in future

Consignment number ZA 6804174 sent from Hyderabad on 3rd July, 2012. The website of the company shows that the consignment has reached the destination Bangalore. When the local office officials were contacted, they told that they had misplaced it. None of the phone numbers provided in the website work, and the email id s are not reachable. I have never seen such irresponsible courier service.

We booked a Packet with Docket No. J 01969351 with address BIRLA TYRES Ltd , Unit 2, LAKSAR ,Distt. HARIDWAR on 11.9.2013. Over the Packet Mentioned -- Kind Attention Mr. VM Chaturvedi with his Ph. No.[protected]. The same is not yet delivered to the Party. When Tracked on Net , It is shown that the date -16.9.2013 , Service Station - Roorki and reason for not delivery - Insufficient Address. Sir, - The ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Packet contains very important Machinery Parts.The Pressure is being build up by BIRLA TYRES Ltd as their production is suffering.
Pl. look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

Consignment no. BM1132560 is booked on 25thSep2013 from Pune. Maharashtra to Khatauli, U.P. but not delivered till date as on 30th Sep 2013. It is also charged for 1.5 Kg but actual weight will not exceed more than 1 Kg. I want my money back and the claimed value to the material. No body is receiving the Phone in Head Office.
