[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Delay of Shipment | |||
Hi, I have send one parcel (Consignment # MA0170811) which contains an important card which is important for one of my associate who is in Kerala due to some health issues.. I have send this courier on 11-Jan-2013 from Madhapur-Hitech office from 13th Jan 2013 its showing In transit ,, I called to all customer care numbers that is available and didnt even get any proper response for nearly 3 days.. Finally today they called and said its by mistake shipped to Thrichy instead of Thrissur.. My associate was unable to work for last 5 days due to this and he is in Loss of Pay... Even today the courier was not reached him and as per one of the manager from first flight it will reach to destination by end of tommorow 23 Jan 2013.. I need to get this loss for associate recovered from the courier service as i was really frustrated with the poor response.. I think i almost spend more than the courier amount for phone calls to followup on the same..
