First Flight Courier — late delivery and poor customer care staff

i sent a consignment to madhyapradesh on 22 oct 2011,as per claim it should have reached destination satna within 2 working days,when i checked i came to know they have upadated the destination wrongly,even on talking to them they kept saying the consignment is goin to right place,now even after 4 days it has not reached the destination,on calling to customer care they assure after getting updated data we would call you and consinee back but they never called.
