[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Service — Shipment not yet received

Hi,
This is after I had follow ups with First Flight Courier service I utter my problem I am facing now. I am yet to recieve one shipment from the above mentioned courier service.
I stay in Bangalore and my shipment is from Mumbai. As per shipment date it started from Mumbai on 8th of March, 2008 and today is 15th of March, 2008. I have not received my packet.

I tried to call to Bangalore call center at different no, even cell phone but I have never seen such a worst pvt call center. They will not respond to your call or they will disconnect your call. So this is an issue, you will not get any help from Bangalore call center.

I tried to contact the Mumbai office, some Rahul used to answer my emails and his only excuse is next day it will reach. He is unanswrable why it is delayed.

Third, their site gives wrong information. As per their transit calculator, it should reach me by 10th Mach, 2008. Which is ofcourse no true in my case.

I am attaching the mail conversation and the web track report from which you can understand how much they are harassing me to get my product. I even asked their CEO contact details, but not ready.

I request all customer and companies who send their packets through this couriers please do not rely on them as well as their customer service.

But till I recieve the packet is not yet recived for me. Request to you that please update your site and dont give false interpratation to customer. You need to accept that your courier is no where near to good service. Let we all accept this truth. I think small courier service are better than you all. Atleast in a day we can recieve the domestic packets

I would like to inform you that I have document yet to recieve from ICICI bank. I am not able to understand the reason behind delay. As per your Transit Calculator it should reach me within one day which is certainly not.
Niether the Bangalore office is so much cooperative in customer service. When I tried to call at[protected] this number they provide me [protected] customer care no, which was busy whole day. So I was not able to know the reason for delay.
I don't want to disclose myself but here it is the result of web track.

A shipment was booked on 30.06.09 vide AWB No.[protected] from Ludhiana to high rise engineers pvt ltd patiala. This is suppose to be delivered on 01.07.09 itself, we are sorry to say that it is not yet delivered this is very important document so please sent it as arlier as possible.
Please track and arrange to deliver it today itself.

First Flight Courier — Courier packet found open

I have sent a courier vide consignment number M18891062 dated 14/09/09

The packet was found open and my sodexo coupons were found missing in the packet

Can somebody help me trace that

I have been in constant touch with Customer Care Executives(Tele No.[protected] of First Flight Courier at Chennai Branch Since 24.01.2010.I have requested for the acknowledgment reciept for the consignment recieved against the docket number G21688016 .The consignment was booked from Gujrat on 15.01.2010 to Guindy Machine Tools Limited, Chennai - 600100.I was told by Ms.Divya of customer care that the consignment has been delivered by the first flight courier on 18.01.2010.But as per our records there is no such consignment recieved by us .For confirmation only, I have requested for the acknowledgment reciept for the consignment recieved against the docket number G21688016.I have given my contact number & mail id to Ms.Divya, but till now I have not recieved any response from her.When ever I try to contact customer care office and request the receptionist to connect to Ms.Divya I am told that either she is busy attending to other calls or she is on leave or she is not available.
I am deeply anguished by this irresponsible & unprofessional attitude from her.
May I suggest that you can please rename the executives at customer care executives as NON - CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES for a change please

TTK Cheque — Non receipt of consignment

M/s. T.T.K,Chennai has despatched a cover as per your No.44003206 on 27.1.2010 addressed to me (Gopakumaran Nair, Prayaga, Temple Lane, Sreekariyam, Trivandrum, Kerala).But the consignment is not delivered to me so far. My MobileNo.[protected].
This peoples are making fool to their customers.
My shipment was been collected from Miraj on 15/03/2010 in the evening.As there was alocal holiday on 16/03/2010 my consighnment was suppose to reach @ me by 17th.
SO far i havent received the same.After having teletalk with their customer care i got really bad experience.The lady on phone call strightly denied that the consighnment was been dispatched on 15th.And started saying that the consighnement reached us today & it will get dispatched till evening.
Cant You people feel the emergencies of customer who are totally depend on us?
I have complaint against First Flight Courier service because of their poor and out of the way service treatment.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had visited your Vashi office on Friday(12/03/2010) and
the person sitting on there was telling that the c/ment has been return back on Thursday
(11/03/2010).After this much communication I understood that the courier is return back
due to no such consignee at given address. As per the trailing mail I informed you
that I can collect it from your Vashi office and you also said o.k. to the same on 11/03/2010.
I had received only one call from your person and that is only on 10/03/2010.

I am unable to understand where is the problem?

Locating the courier itself has become a pain as the customer care people are saying that they have sent it to local borivli (mumbai) branch and branch people are saying that it is still with those people...I really dont know what to do.

my brother ofen send me some documents by bleze flash couriur, and they recd next day ontime, but one day I listen to my friend that first flight service is best, then I say to my brother to sent other documents by first flight couriour from delhi to rampur. he send my certificates on 20/10/2010 by con. no. D01204074, by first flight couriur but any document could not get me yet.I go to rampur branch of first flight office, but i can not recd satisfied answer, this is prove that first flight couriur is like 'naam bade and darshan chhote'

My docket no is B16316909, booked on 14 Jan 2010, at Mumbai for Bangalore. From 17th i'm in touch
with Bangalore Customer Care Ms Anita/ Ms Vijaya. The response they have given is totally misleading
and false. They have tested my height of patience. My parcel was on high priority but today is 18th Jan
not delivered. Moreover you have mentioned misroute, insufficient address. Sir these are your dramas. No other courier says so.

I think you don't want to deliver you get benifit and reward by keeping my parcel with you.
If your person has brain he would have called in my mobile no mentioned with my address.
Forget that i might have spent more than 100 rs updating everything. You ask them they know
me very well. They also had tough time with me. It shows that your customer misleading officer
officer has no coordination with delivery system. They are their to pass the time by confusing and misguiding customers.

So final thing is you have lost earlier reputation in market. Will you deliver my parcel without giving
nonsense reason or not??
