[Resolved] First Flight Courier Service — Delivery done to wrong consignee twice | |||
Consigment number "ZB2976195" a priority consignment despatched from HDFC Chennai consisting my ATM card PIN number was delivered twice to wrong consignee first time to One named SUNDAR second time to one named JEEVA by the FIrst Flight courier service, Banaswadi branch. I received my new ATM card and havent been able to use the card without the PIN since 2 months. On enquiring the executive provide irresponsible response by one Mr Suresh, their delivery boy Ramnath ([protected] - This number always switched off and their manages Harish([protected] - he never picks the call) I dont under stand which age do these people live where tehcnology being so advanced they could not even make a call to the consignee (me) my number printed clearly on the consignment and instead deliver it to the wrong consignee.
