[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Very poor service from first flight couriers.

A parcel has been sent to me from Chennai through first flight Four days ago Consignment Number is: C991B0020538. I raised a complaint on first flight courier Customer Care (My Complaint Ref No: 2149391) and still there is no news of it. the first flight customer support has not responded to my inquiries. i just cant believe the sheer lack of responsibility and the casual manner in which they conduct their business. stay away from this courier company. better send all your mail through the Indian postal system which takes lesser time to deliver and charges a quarter of the money you pay these thugs...
