[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Lost Parcel | |||
I sent a parcel, which cossignment no.is (FD0143401) from delhi to france through First Flight Courier Ltd. 22days ago (dated:9/11/2010). The Air Way Bill No.of this parcel is [protected]. After your suggestion i contact to DHL, they confirmed it this parcel is LOST by mistake! I just can't believe the sheer lack of responsibility and the casual manner in which they conduct their business. I posted a complaint too in written. But their attitude is same, they are not takin any action against my complaint. Please refund all my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
