Sir,
I had paid one-time maintenance charge to builder, when I bought a flat, under construction, from the builder. Interest from this deposit was meant to provide for lifetime cost of maintenance of common amenities. Few years back society was formed and the deposits were transferred in the names of society+individual flat owner. I want to know, if legally I can ask society to break and refund the one-time maintenance deposit to me.
